  OFFICIAL NOTICE

  All Cadillac V-Club members are invited to attend an upcoming General Meeting of the Board of Directors on Thursday, March 20 at 5:00 PM Pacific Time, 7:00 PM Central Time, 8:00 PM Eastern Time. 
  
  The agenda will include evaluating and assessing progress towards achieving our mission, reviewing financials and setting goals for the upcoming year.  In addition, there will be a vote to reaffirm members of the Board.  Each "member" of the Cadillac V-Club will be extended the opportunity to cast a vote electronically to confirm the appointments for each Board Director position.
  
  Currently as established in our By-laws, our Board is restricted to 1 representative from each of our 6 regions plus the Officers of the corporation and a representative from our Title/Presenting Sponsor.  In addition, our Board consists of "members at large" who do not hold a defined position within the board of directors and instead, serve as a general board member without specific portfolio responsibilities. These "members at large" do not have voting rights.
  
  This meeting will be conducted via a ZOOM video web conference and each member will receive access credentials via email upon RSVP registration.  Please plan to join this meeting via a desktop, laptop or other mobile device that has both audio and video capabilities.

  All V-Club members and sponsors are invited to join us for this cruise event We will meet in the parking lot on the NE corner of Countryside Mall, near the Crunch Fitness.  The mall is located at the intersection of US19 and SR 580 in Clearwater, FL.  We will then cruise to the location where we are working on getting a special tour for the club followed by lunch.  Your meal and a non-alcoholic beverage will be covered compliments of the Cadillac V-Club. If you prefer an alcoholic beverage you must start a separate tab to cover the cost of your beverage.

  If you have a single membership and plan to bring a guest, your guest fee is due at the time of your RSVP registration. Prospective members of the Cadillac V-Club are also welcome to attend as long we receive your RSVP registration form.

  We will start our day at Findlay Cadillac for Coffee and Donuts (provided by Findlay) at 9:00 AM. Visit the showroom and have a chance to look at the new 2025 models. 

  We will then do a Valley of Fire Cruise, route will be determined that morning. 

  

  Finally, we will end our event with lunch at the Yard House where lunch and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided compliments of the Cadillac V-Club.  If you have a single membership and bring a guest, a guest fee is due at the time of your RSVP registration submission.  Prospective members may also attend and must pay a fee for their guests.

  COMPETITION CLASSES
  

  • AWD by AZ Cycle Parts: Four Wheel Drivetrain
  • 2WD by Nooges Customs: Front Wheel or Rear Wheel Drivetrain
  • Manual by Forgeline: Manual transmissions and clutch, no sequential transmissions. No limitation on number of gears (i.e. 7-Speed manual is OK).  
  • German Car presented by CSF Cooling: Any German vehicle with factory German-based powerplant, no modification restrictions.
  • Naturally Aspirated by Newton Oil: Naturally aspirated motors only. No power-adders permitted (turbochargers, superchargers, nitrous, electric motors).
  • Ethanol class presented by Indiana Corn Marketing Council:  Vehicle must be using Ethanol or a blend.
    
  • Motorcycle by Boomstune HQ
  • Sedan by Pacific Sun Financial: Vehicles with at least four doors. Wagons and SUV’s permitted so long as they have a minimum of four doors

  Vehicles can register for the trophy competition or open runs. Registration type and class must be selected at the time of online registration, or on-site before racing begins that day.

  All drivers registered in the trophy competition will be competing in a race shootout on their respective registered day(s).

  Qualifying: Drivers may do as many passes as possible from 9:00 AM-1:00 PM.  At 1:00 PM the top four (4) qualifying vehicles in each class will move on to the Semi Finals.

  Semi Finals: The top four (4) qualifying vehicles in each class may do as many passes as possible between 1:00 PM-3:00 PM. A minimum of one pass must be made between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM to potentially move on to the next round.  At 3:00 PM the top two (2) qualifying vehicles move on to the Finals.

  Finals: The top two (2) Semi Final vehicles will report to grid at 4:00 PM for the final run. The final run of each day will determine 1st and 2nd place for each class. Both vehicles will line up and run at the same time, with the fastest trap speed on that pass taking 1st place, and the other taking 2nd place. There will be no reruns

  Both 1st and 2nd place drivers are required to be physically present at the trophy ceremony to collect their trophy once racing ends each day.

  Trap speeds for each round will only apply to that specific round. Trap speeds from previous rounds or speeds ran outside of the competition time frame will not count toward the competition.

  If a registered vehicle does not advance to the next round, it can still make open runs until racing ends each day, but will not qualify for a trophy.

  Trap speeds for the race shootout will only apply to that day. Trap speeds set in runs on Saturday will not count for Sunday’s race shootout.

  Drivers may only enter one class at a time. A driver cannot register a vehicle in multiple classes per day.

  Any competitor may request for race officials to inspect any competitor car to check the validity of the vehicle and the class entered at any time before trophies have been presented, whichever occurs first. Requests after this time will not be accommodated.

  Drivers may change classes between Saturday and Sunday.  (For example, a Mitsubishi Evo can race in the Sedan class on Saturday and decide to race in AWD on Sunday as long as these changes are in place before the first race occurs on Sunday morning).

  Driver Entry Fee: $325 1 day, $550 for 2 days

  Join the Cadillac V-Club for our 1st Quarter Meet 'N Greet event at Starliner Diner for breakfast/brunch.   RSVP registration is mandatory to attend and all RSVP's must be received by Friday, April 4 at 12:00 noon ET.

  All V-Club members and sponsors are invited to join us for a meal compliments of the Cadillac V-Club.  If you plan to bring a guest, your guest fee is due at the time of your RSVP registration.  Prospective members are also welcome to join us at this event and you may bring a guest for a nominal fee.

  Join the Virginias Chapter of the Cadillac V-Club for our Track Attack event on Sunday, April 13, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Dominion Raceway.  RSVP registration will close on March 21.  For more information regarding the raceway and the event, click here.

  This is a joint Cadillac V-Club Chapter event! The Baltimore and Virginias Chapters will co-host this special Track Day.  The Cadillac V-Club is subisidizing and covering the majority of the expense associated with this event.  All members must pay 65.00 which is due at the time of RSVP registration.

  We will start the event with lunch at the Dominion Raceway restaurant: 118 Bar and Grill at 3pm, at 4 pm we will register as a group and begin a 30 minute classroom tutorial. We will hit the track as a group at 4:45pm.

  What exactly is Track Attack?

  Track Attack is for those who just want to experience what it's like to drive on a real road course racetrack. Since tech inspections and helmets are not required, the laps are paced and there is no passing. Between driving sessions, instructors will be available to answer any questions you have and provide performance driving tips. You will notice with each session that your confidence, speed, and fun will increase.

  Track time is between 45 minutes to an hour and will be broken up into 3 separate sessions.

  The on-track activity is for drivers only and is not a family participation event. 

  Also, it’s important to note that this is a public event sponsored by Dominion Raceway and not a private members-only Cadillac V-Club event. If you visit Dominion raceways website, you will plainly see the event on their calendar. This will cover V-Club insurance requirements and all members participating will need to sign the V-Club waiver.

  All V-Club members and sponsors are invited to join us for the car show and lunch.  Whether you are not registering as a driver or non-driver, if you plan to bring a guest for lunch, your guest fee is due at the time of your RSVP registration.  Drivers are therefore required to RSVP register twice, once as a driver and a 2nd time to add your guest.

  For members who would like to attend the event without the track experience, lunch will be available and a group photo on the track will be available. After lunch all non-participating V-Club members can relax and watch the track attack from the balcony viewing box adjacent to the restaurant. All non-participating drivers who are V-Club members are not required to pay the additional $65.00 driver participation fee.

  You must RSVP to attend this event by registering via the CadillacVClub.com website so we have an accurate count of all attendees including your guests.  If you RSVP and then your plans change, please be sure to cancel your registration. The $65 registration fee is non-refundable!
