Registration

  • Entry fee to car show and dinner included for member plus immediate family members. Non-Family members must pay guest fee of $20.
  • V-Series owner interested in membership and meeting V-Club members. Guest fee $20.00
  • Active member of V-Club. Guest fee for entry to car show and dinner $20.00.
Your event tickets will be purchased to the event in advance and your dinner is complimentary.

The DFW Chapter of the Cadillac V-Club will be cruising to Longview, Texas to show support of this worthy charity and indoor auto show to be held at Maude Cobb Convention Center.  This road trip will proceed down Interstate 20 into the piney woods of East Texas with a scheduled arrival time of 11:00AM.

The mission of the Drive to Remember  event and charity is to find a cure for Alzheimer's Disease by contributing to intensive research; to assist in promoting enriched treatment programs for those families already affected, and to increase public awareness of the need for an end to Alzheimer's. General admission tickets sell for $5 at the door however the V-Club will purchase advance tickets for all members who have RSVP'd to attend.  Children younger than 12 are admitted for free. 

The V-Club will not be participating in the actual show competition which runs from 10:00AM to 4:00PM. We will walk through the car show, greet other automobile enthusiasts in attendance and the Cadillac V-Club will be making a $300 donation to the Drive to Remember charity.  We might even get to meet some other V-owners in East Texas!  The event founder, Cameron Williams has agreed to block a section of reserved parking at the venue close to the entrance for V-Club members.

In addition to the cruise to Longview, we will depart at 1:00 PM and cruise over to Tyler, Texas (about 45 minutes)  for a mid afternoon lunch at Coyote Sam's Bar& Grill where we have reservations at 2:00 PM.

After lunch, we will visit Wagner Cadillac for a short "meet 'n greet" session and if weather permits, then head over to visit the world famous Tyler Rose Gardens.
