  All Cadillac V-Club members are invited to join a Zoom web conference for an online meeting with  Joseph Sherbondy, Director at Cedar Electronics, Radar Category and Matt Alexander, Sr. Marketing Manager.  Cedar Electronics is a Preferred Partner of the Cadillac V-Club.

  RSVP registration via CadillacVClub.com is mandatory to confirm your attendance and receive access to the ZOOM credentials necessary to participate in the meeting.  You will need to install the ZOOM app on either your mobile or desktop device in order to participate.  The meeting will begin promptly on March 4 at 5:00PM PDT, 7:00PM CDT and 8:00PM EDT.

  OFFICIAL NOTICE

  All Cadillac V-Club members are invited to attend an upcoming General Meeting of the Board of Directors on Tuesday, March 10 at 5:00 PM Pacific Time, 7:00 PM Central Time, 8:00 PM Eastern Time. 
  
  The agenda will include evaluating and assessing progress towards achieving our mission, reviewing financials and reviewing goals for 2026.  Each "member" of the Cadillac V-Club will be extended the opportunity to cast a vote electronically to confirm the appointments for each Board Director position and to approve any strategic operational changes.
  
  Currently as established in our By-laws, our Board is restricted to 1 Chapter Director representative from each of our 6 regions plus the Officers of the corporation and the Management Operational Leadership Team.  In addition, our Board consists of "members at large" who do not hold a defined position within the board of directors and instead, serve as a general board member without specific portfolio responsibilities. These "members at large" have voting rights as members of our Advisory Council.
  
  This meeting will be conducted via a ZOOM video web conference and each member will receive access credentials via email upon RSVP registration.  Please plan to join this meeting via a desktop, laptop or other mobile device that has both audio and video capabilities.

  Plan to arrive between 1-1:30 so our group can be on track around 1:30. There will be 3 races each and then we will head over to 5 Lakes Brew Pub for a beverage and food "dutch treat". Kart Racing should take 1-2 hours to complete.
  
  The cost of entry for Kart Racing will be subsidized by the Cadillac V-Club therefore each racer is required to only pay $25 (includes 3 races) at RSVP registration. If you are not racing (driving a kart), then there will be no registration fee due at the time of RSVP submission.

HOW TO FIND CADILLAC V-PERFORMANCE HOSPITALITY Once you park, cross the pedestrian bridge in the midway to the Victory Lane Club structured tent. The Cadillac V-Performance Hospitality is located on the right end of the structure positioned trackside at the entrance to IMSA pit road. All Cadillac V-Club members who RSVP register will receive an early invitation to purchase tickets before they are made generally available to the public.
