Registration

  • You plan to attend this event as a V-Club member competitor and understand you must register and submit payment via the SHIFT-S3CTOR.com website once registration opens. You will not be confirmed as a competitor until you have submitted payment for either 1 or 2 days.
  • You plan to attend as a spectator and are a member of the Cadillac V-Club. You understand that spectator tickets must be purchased via the SHIFT-S3CTOR.com website to receive a discount otherwise you may purchase tickets at the gate for the general admission fee of $25 per day.

2-Days of land speed competition with speed recorded, side by side racing! Unlimited spectator entries allowed.

The Cadillac V-Club is a Gold level sponsor of this event so please join us for 2 FULL DAYS of, side-by-side, HALF MILE racing at this exclusive location. All registered drivers who have paid the entry fee will be given a chance to take their vehicle’s top speed down the runway and race door-to-door against the competitor of their choice!

  • Big runway!  6200 feet of runway to start our season
  • Drivers and team dinner.  The city hosts all of us for a free dinner Friday night, so get in early on the weekend and join us for this.  
  • Fiesta, a huge festival in San Antonio occurs at the same time so drop in early or stay an extra day and experience Fiesta in San Antonio!   
  • This event is 1 of 2 this year where the Cadillac V Club is hosting a Cadillac V class.  Win this class either day for a custom trophy from the club.
  • Don’t miss the Saturday morning national anthem, we have some professional sky divers that are sure to give all of us a great show to start off the weekend.  
    Helicopter rides.  Watch the racing from the seat of an open door helicopter ride.  Available all weekend on site!  
  • Go Karting!  We’ve got some gas powered go karting activities on site.  Race on the runway and then head over to the go kart auto cross to test your skills.  
  • Spectator VIP tickets.  
  • Limited quantity VIP tickets get you vip parking, access to view the event from a premium spot in the vip tent where you’ll have access to snacks, drinks, and free beer all day.  A catered lunch and more.

You may arrive on Friday between 9AM and 3PM to park your RV's, trailers and setup your pit area but you MAY NOT remain in the airport overnight. NO OVERNIGHT CAMPING IS ALLOWED.  The V-Club will have a reserved parking area for all members registered to compete in the event.  Look for our canopy.

You must RSVP register as a member of the Cadillac V-Club to confirm your attendance and via email you  receive a 10% discount off your driver entry fee.  You will receive your discount code via email after you RSVP register via CadillacVclub.com.

COMPETITION CLASSES

  • AWD: Four Wheel Drivetrain
  • 2WD: Front Wheel or Rear Wheel Drivetrain
  • Manual: Manual transmissions and clutch, no sequential transmissions. No limitation on number of gears (i.e. 7-Speed manual is OK).  
  • German Car presented by CSF Cooling: Any German vehicle with factory German-based powerplant, no modification restrictions.
  • Naturally Aspirated: Naturally aspirated motors only. No power-adders permitted (turbochargers, superchargers, nitrous, electric motors).
  • Sedan: Vehicles with at least four doors. Wagons and SUV’s permitted so long as they have a minimum of four doors
  • Cadillac True Street presented by Cadillac V-Club: Open to any Cadillac V-Series vehicle with factory GM LSA, LT4, LF4 powerplant, no modification restrictions but must have OEM blower or turbos.

FEES

Driver Entry Fee: $300 1 day, $550 for 2 days

Spectator Entry Fee: $25 per day at the gate per person, $20 per day per person pre-purchased via website ($35 for 2 days pre-purchased)
