Registration

  • By registering you are RSVP'ing to attend this event and agree to pay any guest fees. If your plans change you will cancel your RSVP and any guest fees paid will be refunded.
  • By registering you are RSVP'ing to attend this event as a participant and non member of the Cadillac V-Club. You agree to pay a $20 participation fee that does not include lunch. If your plans change you will cancel your RSVP no later than 24 hours prior to the event date and any fees paid will be refunded.
  • By registering you are RSVP'ing you will attend this event as a non-local V-Club Chapter member and agree to pay the registration fee and any guest fee. If your plans change you will cancel your RSVP and any payment will be refunded.
  • By registering you are RSVP'ing to attend this event and if your plans change you will cancel your RSVP no later than 24 hours prior to the event date. There is no guest fee for your immediate family members.

Join the NorCal Cadillac V-Club on a scenic and exciting rally and poker run to the Napa Valley region. Drivers have the opportunity to win a cash prize with $20 buy-in at rally start point.

Non V-Club members who own Cadillac V-Series vehicles are invited to join us for this event!  There is a $20 particpation fee for each vehicle for non V-Club members.

This run will be for all types of drivers! There will be beautiful scenery and exciting curves to enjoy. There’s no pressure to drive fast or slow as stopping points will allow time for the cruisers to catch up. Each stop has something to offer and we will be having lunch compliments of the Cadillac V-Club in Bodega Bay. All local chapter V-Club members with a single membership may bring a guest for a nominal guest fee and if you have family membership, you may bring your immediate family members at no cost (spouse and children). Regional V-Club members may attend upon payment of the guest fee due at registration.

Non-members must RSVP on the Cadillac V-Club event page and must pay their participation fee in advance. The participation fee does not include the cost of lunch.

RSVP REQUIREMENT: All drivers must RSVP on the V-Club website. If you intend to join us for dinner, you must RSVP by 6pm Sunday July 3rd so we can notify the restaurant. If you are later than that, you will need to make your own reservations at the restaurant.

The initial meetup point will be released in a separate email the night before to all registered participants!

Free coffee and donuts provided by the NorCal V-Club will greet you as we wake up, get oriented, and have a driver’s meeting regarding the day’s plan and how the poker run will work.

A few radios will be on hand but if you want to bring your own. Many are compatible but we are using the Motorola T200TP Talkabout, available on Amazon.

Meet up point and the full details for the route will be provided at the initial meet but here’s the basics of our day:

8:30 AM: Coffee and Donuts at Meetup Point (In the North Bay)

9:15 AM: Driver’s meeting (mandatory!)

9:30 AM Meetup Point

Stops include:

• Point Reyes

• Marin French Cheese Co.

• Bodega Bay for a Sea Food lunch at Spud Point Crab Company

• Skagg Bridge

• Healdsburg

We will finish the rally at Brasswood Bar + Kitchen in St. Helena for an enjoyable dinner. If you don’t want to do the rally, feel free to join us for a dutch treat dinner.

It will have been a long day so participants are encouraged to book a room at a local hotel. Be sure to do this ASAP as rates change all the time. Here are some recommended hotels:
