Informal Recurring Events

Car shows/meets, Test 'N Tune sessions at drag strips, Closed Circuit Road Racing or other events that are not official Cadillac or V-Cub events scheduled on our calendar. Informal Events do not require an RSVP registration to be submitted and the Cadillac V-Club does not collect any payments in advance.  All formal Cadillac V-Club events are listed on our official calendar.

    Saturday June 28th at 9 AM join the Baltimore Chapter for an informal movie and Lunch. We will start with a matinee of F1 The Movie at 9AM. Followed by lunch at The Yard House Restaurant. Please text me so I can BOLO for you.

    The Cadillac LaSalle Club is holding their Grand National meet and show in Murfreesboro, TN on June 7th. 

    Their meet last the week with the Show as the finale. 

    They have invited us as a way to highlight later model performances Cadillacs. 

    We are not required to join their club or pay a fee to enter the car show. The show runs all day, 9-4. They will have an area dedicated to our Vs.

    All Cadillac V-Club members (and prospective members) are welcome to join us for this free Cars and Coffee event sponsored by Tennessee Valley Region SCCA. 

    The event is held the first Saturday of every month rain or shine at the Mid City District.

    Come have a cup, mingle with other gearheads and check out the cars. Mid City's Coffee shop is serving coffee so please patronize them.

    Rules: All cars are welcome, sports cars, competition, Street rod, Drag, old school cruisers, low riders whatever!

    No burnouts, no racing, scofflaws will be asked to leave. Don't ruin it for the rest of us.

    Bring your Cadillac V-Series vehicle to showcase and connect with fellow car enthusiasts.

    Prospective members of the Cadillac V-Club are also welcome to attend this event.

    Huntsville Cars & Coffee 
    Meet at 7:50 am at Trader Joe's parking lot to cruise together to the venue.

    Every Saturday night from May 24th til the winter Cadillac V-Club Toronto will join a car meet from 8pm-Late for Caddy’s&Coffee 1557 the queensway it’s a great location for the participants of the car show access to the washrooms ice cream truck and food on-site vendors raffle prizes music outside in the lot with a live DJ

    Who is interested in Indoor Karting?

    DATE: This is an unofficial Philly VClub Chapter event on Saturday May 10th.

    LOCATION: Supercharged Entertainment -  987 US-1, Edison, NJ 08817

    TIME: 11AM arrival

    There will do lunch after the Karting fun.

    Since this is an unofficial Philly VClub event, you can bring your friends and family. Each participant will be responsible for all event, food, and drink expenses.

    CCNJ's 34th Spring Car Show • Sunday, April 6th, 2025 

    • Rain or Shine Event  • 10:00 am to 3:00 pm (awards at 2:00) 
    • Location: Palisades Interstate State Line Lookout, Alpine, NJ 07624
    • Open to all Cadillac & LaSalle vehicles.
    • All cars must have a fire extinguisher.
    Pre-Registration: $25 (Must be in by March 30th) • Day of Show: $40 (no exceptions)

    WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca has a sound limit of 103db for this event. 

    SA2015 or SA2020 helmets are required for the event. Motorcycle or M helmets are not allowed. Helmets and HANS devices are available for rent in a variety of sizes. We will give drivers until the end of 2025 to get  either a 2020 or 2025 helmet.

    Vehicles and trailers may be dropped in the paddock from 6:00pm to 7:00pm only, the night before the event. If there are changes in this time, the logistics message will have the time.

    Gate opens at 6:30am and check in starts at 7:00am

    Garages are available for rent for $175 per garage bay.  Can hold 2 cars, nose to tail. Click the box for the garage at the time of registration.  Access is available the day of the event, not the night before.


    Mandatory driver meetings start at 8:30am, first cars are on track at 9:00am, day ends at 5:00pm

    Driver's lunch is included. Guest lunches are available for purchase at the time of driver on-line registration.

    Car numbers are mandatory at all tracks. They must be on both sides of the car, at least 6" high, and easily visible to the corner workers. HOD numbers are available for purchase with on-line registration or at the track.

    There is no camping in the paddock at WRLS.  Please contact the park directly to arrange for camping.  

    Brief description of the HOD run groups.

    A Novice - This run group offers one to one coaching  -  $799

    A Solo - You must have prior track experience and includes Team Coaching - $749

    B Intermediate w/ Team Coaching  - $699

    B Intermediate - Passing with point by in limited zones - $649

    C Advanced - This group has open passing with a mandatory point by - $649

    D Expert - This is open passing with no point bys required - $649
