Registration

  • Participation is no charge to all V-Club members who have a Family level membership. There is no charge for your guests who are immediate family members under the age of 21 who reside in the same household.
  • Members with a regional membership must pay fee of $65 per person for themselves and their guest payable at the time of your RSVP registration.
  • Members with a single membership may bring a guest for a nominal fee of $65 per person payable at the time of your RSVP registration. If you are bringing a child under the age of 12, there is no charge and do not add to your guest count.
  • Participation is no charge to all V-Club members who have a Sponsor level membership and are employees. Sponsor employees who are active members may bring guests.

✨ A Very Cadillac Christmas – Dinner, Community, and Peppermint Parkway Magic

It’s time to light up the season—Cadillac V-Club style! Join the Austin Chapter for our annual holiday celebration at COTA, in partnership with Covert Cadillac.

We’ll gather in Lot A before walking up together to the exclusive Owners Suite on the 3rd floor of the Main Grandstands, where a banquet-style holiday meal will be waiting. After dinner, enjoy access to the newly expanded Peppermint Parkway experience—now a full walk-through winter carnival, right outside the suite!

This event is designed for the whole family and is the perfect way to close out 2025 with friends, food, and festive fun.
