New SoCal Chapter Director Announcement

We are pleased to announce that Matt Reyes has volunteered and been appointed as the new Director of the SoCal Chapter.

Matt has been a car guy since he was a kid, working on his parents’ cars and fixing up his first car - a 1989 Firebird and he still owns at 1999 Pontiac Trans Am. He is always down to help anyone with their vehicle needs. Matt and his brother are in the middle of an LS2 swap into his brother's 1985 Trans Am and successfully fired it up for the first time in January 2026.

Matt purchased his first Cadillac V-Series vehicle because he wanted a grown up version of the F-Body platform. A CTS sedan Gen1 was the next logical step in his garage. Later Matt got the opportunity to acquire a Gen 2 CTS-V Wagon from a dealership in Connecticut. He acquired the wagon and put the V1 up for sale.

Matt then purchased an ATS-V to relieve the daily driver duties of his Trans Am and to keep the miles off the Wagon. He attended the V-Performance Academy at Spring Mountain in 2022 and gained first-hand experience at what a CT5-V Blackwing could do on the track. This experience resulted in Matt acquiring his CT5-V Blackwing the following summer from a Cadillac dealership in South Carolina.

Being born and raised in SoCal, Matt is a die-hard Laker fan and will try to score last minute tickets to any games at Staples Center if possible.

He has spent almost 20 years at Embedded Software, building Wireless USB Devices, Retail RFID Infrastructure for Sensormatic, Warehouse Robots for iHerb and currently Automotive Radar & Camera Sensors for Spartan Radar/Pro-Vision Solutions.

New Columbus Chapter Director Announcement

Michael Quinn has volunteered and been appointed as the new Director of the Columbus Chapter, replacing Gabriel Siegle who served for the past 3 years as the Chapter Director.

Michael's fascination with cars dates to his childhood, working alongside his Dad on his Corvettes. He was hooked from the start and would even volunteer to wash the car just for the chance to drive it to the backyard - long before he had a driver's license.

His first experience with a Cadillac was unexpected, but also unforgettable. While searching for a C6 Corvette Z06 in 2012, he stumbled across a 2011 Black Diamond CTS-V Coupe with a manual transmission. Michael took it for a test drive, and all he could say was, "This is wicked." There was no turning back, and he bought it the very next day, and Wicked V became the vanity plate. In 2020, he expanded his Cadillac collection, traveling to Tennessee to purchase a new 2019 CT6-V.

Michael lives in Westerville, Ohio, a suburb of Columbus, with his wife Amy. To say that he is immersed in all things cars is an understatement. He has spent the past 29 years at Progressive Insurance in a quality assurance role, and he is responsible for overseeing the property damage handling process for Ohio and West Virginia. Michael graduated from The Ohio State University's Fisher College of Business, and when he is not enjoying his Cadillacs, you will find him cheering on the Buckeyes and the Columbus Blue Jackets.

Over the years, Michael has had the privilege of participating in several Cadillac events, including the V-Performance Lab at COTA, the V-Performance Academy at Spring Mountain, the Cadillac V-Performance Car Corrals at Detroit, Mid-Ohio, and Daytona, and the Cadillac Attack events in Ohio. He also enjoys attending Cars and Coffee events in the area, where he enjoys connecting with fellow enthusiasts and sharing the passion for Cadillac performance vehicles.

2026 Cadillac V-Club HPDE @ Circuit of Americas

The Cadillac V-Club will be hosting an HPDE track day at CoTA on Sunday, May 31, 2026. This is the third event event at CoTA that has been hosted annually since 2024 Presented by Sewell Performance (Sewell Cadillac). Key partners and sponsors include Mobil 1 and Hooked-on-Driving. There will be 4 additional HPDE track events hosted by the Cadillac V-Club as represented on the above HPDE event promotional flyer. Click here to learn more.

A High-Performance Driving Event (HPDE) is an organized track day event where enthusiasts drive their own cars on a racing circuit to improve their driving skills in a safe, structured, and controlled environment. HPDE is not racing; it is an educational, non-competitive experience often featuring instructors for Novice driver run groups.

Key Details About HPDE:

Structure: Participants are divided into skill-level groups (typically Novice to Advanced), with Novice drivers paired with either a full-time or part-time instructor for in-car coaching.
Safety First: Events emphasize safety with classroom sessions, corner workers, and for novices, restricted passing rules (in designated areas on track with a point-by).
Vehicle Requirements: Any safe, street-worthy car can participate, though a tech inspection is highly recommended to ensure the vehicle meets all track requirements.
Goal: The focus is on learning proper high-speed driving techniques, car control, and track etiquette, rather than competing for speed or awards. An HPDE event is not a race!

Annual Holiday Celebration Events & Announcements

In November/December, twenty-one Cadillac V-Club local chapters hosted holiday celebration events for their members. We hope that each of you who were able to attend a local chapter event enjoyed the opportunity to spend time together and participate in the activities planned and hosted by your local Chapter Director. There is still 1 local chapter holiday celebration event remaining to be hosted as a New Year's kick-off celebration event later this month (Las Vegas).

It has been a tradition for the Cadillac V-Club Operational Leadership Team (OLT) to randomly select members to win prizes during the celebration season. Every Local Chapter Director gave away multiple door prizes via a random drawing at their events. In addition, the Executive OLT randomly selected two regional members to receive a 1-year full membership extension of their current term of membership plus a $100 gift certificate to be redeemed on Cadillaccollection.com.

Since 2015, in collaboration with GM/Cadillac, there has been a grand prize winner selected. For 2025 once again, the grand prize is a tuition paid trip to Spring Mountain Motor Resort and Country Club to attend the Cadillac V Performance Academy (approximately a $3,500 value). All local chapter and regional members were eligible to win the grand prize via a random drawing conducted by members of the Executive OLT.

The Grand Prize Winner is Gary Lucas of Lucas, TX who has been a member of the DFW Chapter since 2017. Gary was chosen via a drawing held using Random.org to select the winner from among all members excluding sponsors, preferred partners and members of our Operational Leadership Team.

A prize certificate will be emailed to the grand prize winner providing redemption instructions. The winner is responsible for associated travel arrangements and expenses. The prize certificate is not transferable to any non-member of the Cadillac V-Club and must be used during the calendar year 2026. Should the events be cancelled for any unforeseen reason, a best effort will be made to provide tickets to an alternate venue at a future date.

The renewal dates for these regional members will be extended by 1 additional year based on their original join date and the $100 gift certificates will be emailed to each recipient within the next week direct from "Brand Addition/CadillacCollection.com".

Each year we also have a tradition of selecting a Chapter Director of the Year to receive special recognition and a prize. For 2025, Eric Yonkers of the Southwest Michigan Chapter has been chosen to receive a complimentary two-person ticket package to Cadillac Racing V-Corral & Hospitality Suite Event of his choice in 2026 (approximately a $1,000 value). Eric has been an active member since 2022 and successfully recruited 26 members including Cole Cadillac of Portege, MI as a Platinum sponsoring Cadillac Dealer during the past year. He has demonstrated an exceptional leadership commitment within his local chapter and has attended multiple Cadillac Racing national events with many of his local chapter members.

OKC New Chapter Director Announcement

After 5 years of outstanding volunteer service and leadership, Felicia Smith has decided to step down as OKC Chapter Director. Felicia & Aaron will both remain as active members of the Cadillac V-Club. I am excited to announce Chris Atkinson as the new OKC Chapter Director effective as of January 1. Chris has been an active member of the Cadillac V-Club since October of 2021.

Chris says that from the time he was young he loved anything with an engine. He grew up with his Grandpa working on semi trucks and always having GM vehicles around. He enjoys anything that can be driven or ridden from first 600cc sport bike at 18 to the logical next step at 20 going to a 1300cc Hayabusa. Chris moved on from riding street bikes and now focuses on cars. He has a mix of vehicles, with his wife Misty owning a 2004 Cosmos Purple GTO on which Chris installed his LSA blower and Brembo brakes. His daughter Claire is in love with VW’s and currently drives a bright yellow 2000 VW Beetle while his son Warren (almost 13) has a 2004 Yellow Jacket GTO. Chris still owns first vehicle, a 1970 C10 pickup and some other interesting vehicles like a 1939 Pontiac Silver Streak that was the last car his dad built before he passed.

Professionally, Chris works for Bavius Technologies, a German high speed 5 axis machine tool builder, mainly used by aerospace to produce large aluminum structures. He has worked in service for them for 13 years and is currently in the process of transitioning to a Service Manager position.

Chris had always wanted to own a CTS-V station wagon and in 2020 got the opportunity to buy one. Shortly after acquiring the V-Wagon, he met a group of Rocky Mountain Race Week cars passing through his hometown and knew that was his future with the car. Chris heavily modified his V-Wagon and has competed successfully in numerous drag racing events. In fact, Chris won the V8 Pro Street class at the 2023 Cadillac V-Racing Top Gun Invitational event at Texas Motorplex.

Ownership of the V-Wagon and membership in the V-Club has led Chris to build close relationships with numerous members. As such, when Chris learned that Felicia had decided to "pass the torch", Chris felt led to volunteer to carry on the momentum established by Felicia who volunteered to serve in the leadership role back in 2020. He is looking forward to the serving in the Operational Leadership Team position, planning events and recruiting new members and local sponsors.

South Florida New Chapter Director Announcement

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Bruce Grout as the newest member of our Operational Leadership Team (OLT). Bruce will serve as Director of the South Florida (SOFLO) Chapter which will includes Miami/Fort Lauderdale and the Gold Coast area of Florida. He resides in Jupiter, Florida and has been an active member of the Cadillac V-Club since March of 2023. Bruce brings a unique blend of leadership, track experience, and passion to this role.

Bruce purchased his 1st car at age 15 (even though he did not yet have a driver's license) which was a yellow 1970 Mustang fastback. That was his first, and last Ford product! He has been a loyal GM customer from that point forward.

In his 20's, Bruce launched an automotive and marine repair shop that grew into a successful business. Corvettes and muscle cars were his primary market segment. A dozen years later after dreading another Northeast cold winter he decided to sell the business and move to where many people take vacation, sunny South Florida!

The boating bug hit him hard as a new resident of South Florida and he has been a successful yacht Broker for decades with many satisfied clients. During his time in South Florida, Bruce has campaigned a National Offshore catamaran racing team winning many races and championships. After retiring from boat racing (and never going swimming) he turned to road racing, which he considers one of his better life decisions. Racing mostly Corvettes new and old, he captured numerous wins, and 3 championships in his competition class.

The Cadillac "V" obsession hit Bruce in 2011 when he purchased his first CTS-V. He was hooked! Bruce has owned a several V's over the years. In 2019 he engaged Callaway Cars to build a custom supercharged and lowered Escalade which he still drives most every day.

In 2023, Bruce purchased his first Blackwing, a rift metallic CT5-V Blackwing with sky cool grey interior. He loved that car but later purchased a 2024 CT4-V Blackwing Arrival Edition which he subsequently traded for a deep space metallic 2026 CT5-V Blackwing (he missed owning a V8 and he really liked the updates and new larger dash). Bruce is looking forward to getting some miles on his Blackwing and then taking it to Sebring and Daytona to fully exercise the engine and brakes!

Cadillac V-Club Leadership Team Member Announcement - Andrew Hedden

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Hedden as our newest member of the Management Operational Leadership Team. Andrew will serve as our Membership Services Director. He resides in Austin, Texas which is now the headquarters of the Cadillac V-Club. Andrew brings a unique blend of technical leadership, non-profit experience, and automotive passion to this role.

Andrew most recently served as a Software Engineering Manager focusing on reliability and resiliency for a global leader in the job search marketplace. Prior to that, he spent 10 years working for a leading software provider to the NGO and non-profit space. If you have ever participated in a run, walk, or bike-based fundraiser, there is a good chance a system Andrew worked on processed those donations.

Andrew's journey with Cadillac began with a 2004 CTS-V purchased on impulse from Facebook Marketplace. Drawn to the sharp lines that gave the impression of "a brute in a business suit," he was immediately captivated by the performance and refinement of the V-Series sedans. Though the first CTS-V proved to be a basket case of issues, Andrew ensured it found a good home with a car enthusiast at a dealership parts department where it continues as a semi-daily driver, keeping another original CTS-V on the road.

The love for V-Series performance never wavered. After months of searching, Andrew found a 2024 20th Anniversary Edition CT5-V Blackwing in Raven Black at a dealership in Denver. The car had been sold back to the dealer with just a few hundred miles on the odometer. According to Andrew, "The wait for it to be shipped to Texas felt like the longest part of the process." The Blackwing remains stock for now, a testament to the exceptional engineering that comes from the factory.

Andrew has been a member of the Cadillac V-Club for just over a year and commented, "I am looking forward to being of service to our membership to help every member recognize and take advantage of the benefits we offer." We are excited to have Andrew leading our member services efforts and are confident his dedication will help strengthen our community and maximize the value members receive from their V-Club membership.

Andrew will be managing all aspects of the prospective member review & approval process, membership renewals, retention and attrition analysis. He will also be evaluating and implementing new standard operating procedures to improve our overall membership services and support efficiency through the automation of manual tasks.

South Carolina - Charleston Local Chapter Announced

We are excited to announce the official launch of the Charleston Chapter of the Cadillac V-Club. Based in Charleston, South Carolina this will be our 22nd local chapter. Brian Rheault has been appointed as the Chapter Director.

Many people on Instagram will recognize Brian by his Instagram name "RooKie55". Brian will now also be managing the Charleston Local Chapter Facebook Group which is now "live".

Brian is a USAF Veteran, joined the United States Air Force in 2004 and spent 10 years on active duty as an AMMO Troup with multiple deployments.

He is currently a Construction Project Manager for the County where he resides and has been married to Chelsea since April, 2014. They have one daughter, Gracie who is 8yrs old.

Brian has always been a car fanatic which started with a Bright Red 1997 Pontiac Grand Prix GT coupe that he spent countless hours (and lots of money) with a goal to build the loudest stereo possible. From there, it spiraled into customization such as air ride suspension, custom wheels, and truly making the cars he owns a representation of him.

Brian's 2019 Crystal White Tri-Coat CTS-V is his first Cadillac V-Series car and according to Brian, "he loves it"! He purchased the vehicle in February of 2023 with just 12,100 miles on the odometer. It spent the first 4,500 miles of its life as a track car for V-Academy at pring Mountain so if you attended as a student in September of 2021 and drove a Crystal White Tricoat CTS-V, there is a good chance it was Brian's V!

He has modified his CTS-V with loads of carbon fiber, subtle engine mods, tuned on an E-85 blend, AirLift suspension, custom interior ambient lighting, LowGlow underflow lighting, teal accents, and more.

Brian commented "I am excited and honored to be the founding chapter director of the new Charleston, SC chapter and I am looking forward to planning and scheduling activities and events for our members." Brian will be hosting his first official event in early December so if you are a member of the Charleston Chapter, watch your email inbox for an invitation to RSVP register!"

With the launch of this new local chapter, all Cadillac V-Club regional members who reside within 150 miles of Charleston have been upgraded to a local chapter level membership at no additional cost for the duration of their current term of membership.

V-Club Experience @ 2025 Lonestar Le Mans World Endurance Championship

The Cadillac V-Club is hosting its annual Cadillac Racing Team experience event at the Circuit of Americas in Austin, Texas this coming weekend. This will be our 2nd WEC event at CoTA where 50 members will be treated to a VIP experience that includes VIP parking, parade laps, 2 day suite access and paddock/pit access. Fifty members purchased a discounted ticket package that was subsidized as a benefit of membership in the V-Club. For more details, click here.

Following the dominating performance in the fifth round of the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) campaign in São Paulo, Brazil, the twin Cadillac Hertz Team JOTA V-Series.Rs head to Circuit of The Americas (COTA) in Central Texas with intentions of lassoing a third consecutive pole and repeating the dual podium celebration.

“Obviously, the team is on a complete high from the 1-2 in Brazil, so we're hoping for more good things,” said Bamber, who has two victories at COTA (IMSA GTLM class in 2016 and WEC LMP1 in 2017). “And I think we've just got to keep pestering that top five with both cars and then chipping away. Closing that gap is going to be tough. But if we're always in the top five and we're always there, we know we're going to be closing in points and scoring big points.”

Last year, in the WEC’s return to the circuit for the first time since 2020 when Nato co-drove to the overall victory, Cadillac Racing’s lone Hypercar entry driven by Bamber and Lynn qualified third and finished a season-high fourth.

Incentives abound entering the Lone Star Le Mans this weekend at the 5.513 km (3.426-mile), 20-turn circuit that’s a favorite amongst drivers and always delivers entertaining racing for spectators. With three events remaining, the six-hour race could be another springboard:

Cadillac is a program-high second in the Manufacturers’ Championship, and has sliced the deficit to Ferrari from 107 to 55 points the past two races in moving up from fifth.
The No. 12 Cadillac Hertz Team JOTA V-Series.R roster of Alex Lynn, Norman Nato and Will Stevens is third in the Drivers’ Championship after their Brazil victory from pole – a scant 25 points behind second place and 37 points out of the top spot.
The No. 12 entry, which is the only Hypercar to compete in Hyperpole in every race (Hyperpole2 at Le Mans) and has qualified in the top five in four of the five races (with poles at Le Mans and São Paulo), will aim to extend the streak.
The No. 12 hybrid racecar has scored points in every race, including fifth, fourth and first the past three outings.
The No. 38 Cadillac Hertz Team JOTA V-Series.R, which recorded the runner-up finish in Brazil with Earl Bamber, Sebastien Bourdais and Jenson Button behind the wheel, has advanced to Hyperpole in four of the five races and qualified second at Le Mans and São Paulo. They’ll look to move to the top step and add to the championship points total.

News:

Member recognition: I'd like to highlight our member Sha! I referred Rudy (a felow Porsche friend) to Sha. Rudy was looking for a powerful, manual trans sedan and had interest in the CT5-V Blackwing but couldn't find a dealer to let him drive one. Sha let this stranger drive his car (probably like it was meant to be driven) and Rudy was sold! Thanks to Sha's generosity and trust, we now have a likely future V-Club member as Rudy has ordered a CT5-V Blackwing! Thanks Sha!

Member Sim Racing:

One of our recent events was sim racing at Drive Simulations in Concord. Those who participated really had a great time, and our member Rich Rose had such a great time he joined a weekly racing league at Drive Simulations. Rich captained Scuderia RKR, a 3 man team for a 6-week sim-racing league. Using state of the art simulators and cars from the GT World Challenge on Assetto Corsa Competizione, they competed at Silverstone, Brands Hatch, Mt. Panorama, Nurburgring, Suzuka; and Laguna Seca, CA. The three-man format gave each driver a practice/qualy/race against one driver from 5 other teams. RKR entered Laguna 15 points back and had a dominant night, going P4, P1* and P1* (*=fastest lap) for a huge points haul. Unfortunately, they finished 2 points shy in the end. But, second earned them $200 cash, $300 in vouchers and tons of great racing memories.

Rich said "It's not a game, it really is a simulation. If felt like we travelled the world and fought each other in exotic places. People were passionate, on and off the track. We built bonds, loved the competition, and signed up for the fall league. We took lots of wins, mourned a few losses, and had great comradery along the way. We expanded our driving skills, too. I highly recommend it!"

Speaking of simulators, member Philip Adams has been getting some quality parts to build his home sim and has really enjoyed the experience. Using Assetto Corsa, just like Drive Simulations, Phil has designed his setup around his capable computer with a Fanatec CSL DD 8nm wheel and pedal setup. If you would like to get in touch to get some advice from him, let me know and I'll get you in touch! Our Signature Wheel meet in Sacramento was unfortunately cancelled. It was just bad timing for everyone including myself. We will make it happen, perhaps after the holidays.
Speaking of current times, I apologize but I've got a lot on my plate in my personal life and I'm not as involved as I'd like to be right now. However, any member is welcome to organize a meet or drive and we can get it on the calendar.
I'd love to see a Mt. Hamilton/Mines Rd drive soon. I am unable to organize but if anyone wants to volunteer to lead this I would be happy to coordinate with you!
ˆThe 2023 NorCal V-Club Holiday Banquet planning is in its early stages. We will let you know as soon as we have confirmed a venue and date/time. Thank you to all who participated in our survey. Our budget is tight based on Bay Area standards so we are glad that so many are up for a mid-day banquet as this will help us get the most out of the budget.

With the continued support of Cadillac headquarters and Spring Mountain Motor Resort and Country Club, the Cadillac V-Club will be hosting our 3rd annual event at the Cadillac V-Performance Academy in Pahrump, NV to experience the exhilarating drive of Cadillac's newest performance V-Series machines, the Cadillac V-Series Blackwings!

The dates are Friday, October 20 and Saturday, October 21, 2023. This year we are offering a choice of two different sessions based on driver experience. Day 1 will be for Novice & Intermediate drivers and Day 2 will be for Advanced drivers.

Effective immediately, the new Seattle/Portland Chapter Director is Alberto Lopez.

Alberto grew up in Mount Vernon,WA then moved to Puyallup prior to his high school years where he now lives with his wife and 2 young boys. Cars have always been a passion of his, while his family always come first, owning a Vector Blue CTS-V is a way to have the best of both worlds at the same time! According to Alberto, there is not a better feeling driving a Cadillac V with all his family to the many different events around the Pacific Northwest. In his spare time Alberto loves spending it with his family riding bikes, going to car shows and looking for new fun activities on the weekend.

Corey Fontenot has been selected as the new Houston Chapter Director.

Corey Fontenot aka “Corey Ray” is a resident of East Houston Texas. A graduate of North Shore Senior High School and Alvin Community College. He has loved cars all his life and is very partial to Cadillac V-Series vehicles. Corey love's Jesus, America and muscle cars. He has a beautiful wife named Cynthia Fontenot who supports his car enthusiasm and usually tags along to events/races. He has owned his 2011 CTS-V Coupe for 2 years and has modified, raced and thoroughly enjoyed this car since owning it. Corey is a massive advocate for car culture and enjoys other builds and helping people in general. He is a former welder and now work as an estimator for a custom fabrication shop. Cadillac Blackwing Badging

Cadillac announced in 2022 that all Cadillac V-Series owners of a Blackwing model will receive free of charge one of the new Blackwing badges. For those of us who own either a CT4-V or CT5-V Blackwings this was well received news!

Based on input from Cadillac V-Club member surveys shared with Cadillac headquarters, the Cadillac Marketing team announced last fall that 2023 models and beyond will incorporate a new Blackwing badge on the rear of the car. Cadillac has also announced that those owners with 2022 and early 2023's V-Series Blackwings will be provided the new badges at no charge.

Click here to order your Blackwing badge. This offer is available only through the end of March, 2023. Only owners of CT4-V Blackwing and CT5-V Blackwing vehicles are eligible for this offer. Atlanta Chapter Director Announcement

We are pleased to announce Bruce Fullerton as the new Chapter Director of the Atlanta Chapter. Bruce is a semi retired global operations executive, having had offices in Stockholm Sweden, Crawley England, and Hong Kong. Currently, he is a partner and COO in a global consulting firm.

He has been married to Lisa for 40 years with 3 grown children, Houston, Savanah, and Jackson, all of them living in the Atlanta area.

His first car was a ‘71 Olds 442. He has always been a car guy, having worked in a racing engine shop while in college, building oval tracks, drag boat, dragster and other types of racing motors. A few years after college, while working for GE, Bruce helped his boss build and race cars including a vintage Mini Cooper, Lotus Super 7, Lotus 2+2 and others, racing in SCCA and SVRA.

Bruce enjoys performance cars, specially his 2019 Cadillac CTS-V Sedan Pedestal edition, which he purchased new. He drives it every day and also shows it as often as time permits.

He is looking forward to devoting more time to the Cadillac V-Club and activities. Bruce is committed to building the Atlanta chapter into a strong local presence in the local high performance car community. Check out his Cadillac V!

NorCal Chapter NAPA Rally 2022 Update

The NorCal Chapter of the Cadillac V-Club rally was a great success! We had a fabulous time of relaxed driving, intense driving, good food, and socializing!

The rally began with great doughnuts and coffee from Johnny's Doughnuts. We drove together to Point Reyes, Marin French Cheese Company, Bodega Bay for lunch, Healdsburg for gas (and a car wash for Nick), then dinner in St. Helena.

For the most part it all went smooth except for my broken splitter and curb rashed wheel, a quart of oil that had to be added to a member's car, and an ATS-V that started to overheat while idling! It's part of the adventures!

The rally ended at Brasswood Bar and Kitchen where results of the poker run and raffle were revealed! Rich Rose was one lucky member! He not only won a raffle from last weeks event at Walnut Creek Cadillac, but at the rally he also won the poker pot of $140 as well as the raffle from our generous sponsors of the event P&S Detail Supply East Bay. P&S gave the V-Club a detailing kit worth over $90 to go to a lucky winner. In this case VERY lucky winner - Rich Rose. In addition, P&S gave every participant a bottle of their Dream Maker Gloss Amplifier spray. Cadillac V-Club Chapter Director Announcement

SOCAL Los Angeles Chapter - Richard (Rich) Cuellar and his 2 sons own and have operated a motorcycle rim manufacturing company in Southern California for the last 30 years.

Rich currently resides in Pomona, California and drives a 2014 CTS-V Coupe. After college Rich held the position of sales Engineer with a company that manufactures aerospace parts. Previously he was a member of the 163rd fighter squadron, Ontario airport California for 7 years where they flew 106 delta daggers and F4C Phantoms from 1966-1973.

Rich had the opportunity to race motorcycles, cars and drag boats and he currently owns and races his CTS-V Coupe which he has owned for the past 8 years. Even with a lot of performance improvements and chasis updates, it remain a very dependable daily driver. His passiion is to drive the canyons, compete in straight line racing events in addition to closed circuit road racing venues.

With the recent decision of the V-Club board to split the SOCAL membership into two Chapters: San Diego and Los Angeles, Rich is excited about the opportunity to plan and schedule events that will look forward to attending.

Mirza Grebovic to compete in One Lap America

2022 One Lap of America CT4-V and CT5-V Blackwings!!!

We are beyond excited to inform the V Series community that Cadillac and Michelin have two 2022 V Series Blackwing entries into this years One Lap of America!!

Each vehicle will be driven by one driver from Michelin and one from Cadillac, in stock form (minus rear seats in order to carry all our gear through the USA). Mirza Grebovic is one of the GM Engineers that helped develop these amazing vehicles and they are going to do their best to do our teams and the vehicles justice!

The event kicks off today, Friday, April 29 with registration and Tech and the first driving events are starting Saturday. Mirza will update the Blackwing Journal page in the members only section of CadillacVClub.com as well as on social media.

This year 9 local Cadillac V-Club local chapters hosted holiday banquets for their members with the Las Vegas Chapter hosting the final banquet of the year this past week-end.

At each local chapter banquet, one lucky member had the opportunity to win a two person multi-day ticket package to attend a Cadillac V-Corral/Suite event at IMSA Weathertech Championship races in 2022. These ticket packages are valued at $500 each. V-Club Chapters located in the Pacific Northwest and Pacific Southwest gave away a door prize trip to the Laguna Seca IMSA event scheduled for April 29 - May 1, 2022 and Chapters located in the South Central and Atlantic Northeast will gave away a door prize trip to the Rolex 24 Hour IMSA event in Daytona scheduled for January 27-30, 2022. At each local chapter banquet, one lucky member will have an opportunity to win a two person multi-day ticket package to attend a Cadillac V-Corral/Suite event at IMSA Weathertech Championship race in 2022. We are pleased to announce two new local chapters of the Cadillac V-Club have been chartered effective as of Tuesday, June 8, 2021. The Detroit Chapter will be led by Brad Doerr and the Oklahoma City Chapter will be led by Felicia Smith.

Brad is currently a chassis engineer at Roush Industries and has worked in the auto industry for 18 years. He was a GM employee for 11 years and worked in multiple roles on the Alpha platform. Brad and his wife Holly have been married for 9 years and have one son, Gregory. They have owned a 2011 CTS-V Wagon for 10 years. Brad enjoys racing and participates in track days and auto crosses with his CTS-V.

Felicia Smith is in technical services for an oil field company named TTS in Newcastle Oklahoma. Felicia and her husband Aaron Smith have been married for 5 years. She owns a 2009 CTSV that currently runs 8’s on the stock 1.9 liter blower. Her husband has a fully built 2650 Denali, and they also plan to start their third build being a 2004 Cadillac XLR. The two have been racing for years and together they build and maintain all of their vehicles out of their home shop.

With the launch of these two new chapters, the V-Club now has 10 chapters and over 400 members spread across 28 different states.
